Western Union Bear Pascoe of the New York Giants has a wedding ceremony that even cowboys could love

Anyone who knows Bear Pascoe, the tight end for the New York Giants, knows that he is a cowboy at heart. Not a Dallas Cowboy, but a real live roping, riding-the ranch cowboy. Bear grew up on a working ranch in Porterville, CA, where he would wake up at dawn and work the ranch with his father.

After attending college at Fresno State, Bear found his true love in Katie Jones. Katie also was born into a rodeo family. Her grandfather was a world champion steer wrestler and her dad was a three-time world champion steer wrestler. Katie, herself, competed in rodeos from junior high through college, while she was on her way to earning a masters degree in Educational Administration.

So when it came time for the big day to unite in matrimony, you could have guessed that the day would have a western flair. The groomsmen wore Wranglers and were fitted for custom boots by Justin Boots. Bear donned a custom cowboy hat by Greely Hat Works. And the kids even had their own corral with a bouncy house and sandbox. The happy couple rode off into the sunset, and are now in New Jersey as Bear prepares for the 2013 season with the New York Giants.
