Laura Posada's Clap For Change Launching a new coaching program for people who want to make positive decisions in their lives

AQ Contributing Editor Laura Posada launched her new program for lifestyle coaching, Clap For Change, on May 14th in New York City. Members of the broadcast and print media attended the event hosted by Athletes Quarterly at The Row NYC. Editor-in-Chief Michael Dolan co-hosted a Q&A, along with Bruce Beck, the sports anchor for WNBC-TV, and Denise Albert, host of The Moms on the Sirius XM Stars Channel. During the Q&A, Laura and Jorge Posada spoke about the role that coaching has played in their lives and how through Clap For Change, Laura wants to inspire others to make positive changes.
